How the instant quote works

Why do you need my address?
We look up your lot size from the Wisconsin Statewide Parcel records to price your mowing accurately. We never share or sell your address.
Is this an actual quote or an estimate?
This quote is valid for your first visit only and assumes your lawn and beds are not severely overgrown. After the first mow, we will confirm your ongoing rate. Pricing may be adjusted if conditions differ from what's expected.
What if the address lookup is wrong?
Your dropdown selection acts as a backup. Travis will also confirm the lot size during the first visit. If neither the lookup nor a selection is provided, we'll send a manual quote within 24 hours.
Do you service properties outside Dane County?
We cover all of Wisconsin via parcel records. For destinations outside our normal Dane County routes, Travis will confirm scheduling and travel.
